Weather policy:
Cancellations due to weather are soley at the discretion of the Captain. If inclement weather is forcasted for the day of your trip, the Captain will contact you the day before to discuss your options.

Charters cancelled by the Captain due to weather will be re-scheduled with no additional fees.

Cancellation policy:
Client cancellation requires at least two weeks notice. Any cancellation not meeting this requirement is subject to the original charter fees.

A $100 minimum, non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a Charter date.
